Because each item is individually created—often with natural variations and unique characteristics—please understand that all sales are final.

Why This Policy Exists

Handmade products are not mass-produced; they are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches. This means that slight differences in color, texture, size, or finish are normal and part of the charm that makes each item special. These variations are not considered defects and will not be grounds for a refund or exchange.

Policy Details

• No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a purchase is completed, I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or buyer’s remorse.
• Custom Orders: Items made to your specific requests (including personalized designs, colors, or sizes) are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are created exclusively for you.
• Quality Assurance: I take great care to ensure that each product meets high-quality standards before shipping.
• Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item so I can assess the situation. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a replacement, or refund* at my discretion.
• Lost Packages: While I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal or courier services, I will do my best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving the issue.
