We ship all orders through USPS using the following services:

• USPS First-Class Mail (≈ 3-7 business days): for lightweight items, w/o tracking.

• USPS Priority Mail (≈ 2-5 days): faster delivery w/ tracking.

• USPS Priority Mail Express (1-3 days): fastest option, guaranteed delivery w/ tracking.

Tracking numbers are automatically provided once your order ships.

Processing Time

• Handmade items require 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

• Processing time may extend during holidays or high‑volume periods.

• Orders are shipped Monday–Saturday, following USPS operating schedules.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or routing.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using:

• USPS First‑Class International

• USPS Priority Mail International

Buyers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, and import taxes. Delivery may take 2–6 weeks depending on destination.

Wrong Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay reshipment costs.
